RF Design Engineer

12 months, extendable - salary & stock options

The main role of this position is to design RF circuits to comply with the existing standards and certifications . The candidate is expected to support the development of energy harvesting system. 

Responsibilities

  • Development and validation of RF/Microwave transmitter and receiver circuits using technologies like waveguide; stripline, microstrip, RFIC, MIC, MMIC

  • Detailed design of sub-circuits such as: transitions, amplifiers; filters; mixers; signal generation; PLL, signal detection, multiplexers

  • Efficient integration of RF circuitry into mechanical enclosures

  • Design and evaluation of product prototypes and engineering samples

  • Supporting the transition from prototype designs into mass production

  • Interaction with vendors and customers where appropriate

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, reports and costs

 

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

  • 3-4 years of work experience in the field of RF/Microwave product development

  • Experience with RF design tools such as Advanced Design System (ADS) or Microwave Office (NI/AWR)

  • Experience with 3D EM simulators

Analogue IC Designer

12 months, extendable - salary & stock options

 

The main role of this position is to design integrated circuits and support assigned products through the full product life cycle. The candidate is expected to lead the development of power management IC module for energy harvesting applications. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design activities including research, definition, design, simulation, layout verification, characterization, and release to production of integrated circuits

  • Developing product requirements and specifications

  • Analyzing and developing chip architectures to meet required compliance and performance

  • Creating transistor-level analog circuit designs: Knowledge or Research in related studies: DC/DC Buck Converters, multiphase converters, boost converter, Power Management Circuits could be advantageous.

  • Verifying designs using circuit-level and behavioral-level simulators

  • Authoring system architecture and circuit documentation

  • Characterizing and validating circuit performance in the lab

  • Providing support for high volume manufacturing, and working with Product and Test teams to transfer ICs to production

 

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

  • 3-4 years of work experience in the field of IC design and development

Analogue Circuit Design Engineer

The main role of this position is to design power management module for energy harvesting applications and translate to compact PCB. 

Responsibilities

  • Design activities including research, definition, design, simulation, layout verification, and PCB fabrication

  • Developing product requirements and specifications

  • Creating transistor-level analog circuit designs: Knowledge or Research in related studies: DC/DC Buck Converters, multiphase converters, boost converter, Power Management Circuits could be advantageous.

  • Characterizing and validating circuit performance in the lab

 

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of work experience in the field of analog circuit design and development

IOT Development Engineer (Internship)

6 months, option to convert to full-time

 

The main role of this position is to support in embedded hardware development of IOT sensors using existing communication protocols and optimize their power consumption for prolonged operation. 

Responsibilities

  • Embedded hardware development of wireless IOT gateway, data logger, IOT sensors and controllers

  • Technologies related to Zigbee/WiFi/3G/Bluetooth/NB-IoT, PIC/ARM, USB, RFID, etc.

  • Involve in battery power design, site pilot test etc.

  • Involve in schematic / PCB design, prototyping, certification, technical manual etc.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Product, Embedded System, Electronics / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering.

  • Passion in R&D.

  • Good understanding of embedded, analog / digital circuit, electrical / mechanical / environmental design considerations, RF knowledge, protocol etc.

  • Hardworking, analytical and systematic.

  • Fresh graduate with good academic results are welcome.
